SAMPLE PLANS

The following plans are typical and demonstrate just a few company needs fulfilled by temporary employees.

Plan 1 - Emergency Staffing
This plan is usually a short term emergency need for extra workers and is used to fill vacancies due to vacation and sickness of regular employees. It can also be used for special projects, such as unplanned deliveries, end of the month billing, etc.

Plan 2 - Planned Staffing
Many companies use temporaries on a long-term basis. Some temporaries may work 40 hours per week or more for several months or indefinitely. This savings in benefits, recruiting, payroll services, and personnel administration will increase your profits.

Plan 3 - Temp-To-Hire
Determining the best workers to hire for your full-time employment is impossible without trying them on the job. Our "Temp-to-Hire" plan gives you an opportunity to work a temporary a number of days before you hire them as a full-time employee. There will be no placement fee or extra charge for this service after the temporary has worked our designated length of time. This plan will reduce your turnover and reduce the headaches of the unpleasant task of hiring and firing.

Plan 4 - Career Placement
Finding the right person to fill any job vacancy can be time consuming and expensive. Yet the success of any business lies in its ability to recruit dependable, qualified, hardworking individuals. Career placement fees are only applicable when a successful match and hire has been completed.
